The North Dakota real estate salesperson licensing exam is administered through PSI and consists of two portions: a national exam covering general real estate principles and a state-specific exam testing North Dakota laws and regulations. You'll face 140 total questions with 3.5 hours (210 minutes) to complete both sections when taken together. To pass, you need to answer at least 70 questions correctly on the national portion (70%) and 30 questions correctly on the state portion (75%). PrepAgent's comprehensive prep ensures you're ready for both sections.
